El Breitling Navitimer és el cronògraf de pilot amb regla de càlcul circular, llançat el 1954. Breitling el va fer a petició de l'Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, i al principi només es va vendre als membres de l'AOPA amb el logotip de l'AOPA a l'esfera.
